Help & Booking Rules
Know what to expect before, during, and after your call.
Testing right now
No real payments are collected. Calls are unpaid tests, earnings are $0, and payouts are unavailable. SMS alerts are not connected. Browser/phone push alerts for incoming creator requests and call-ready notices are available after you opt in.
1. Request a call
Choose a creator and a call length, then sign in to send your request. The creator has two minutes to accept or decline. A large incoming-request popup shows your details and a countdown while the site is open; during another call the alert is compact. If both people are free and no approved customer is already waiting, acceptance makes the call ready immediately. Otherwise you wait in the accepted queue.
Offline creators do not accept new requests. Approved customers keep their place in the queue.
2. Wait in the queue
See “You’re next!” or the number of people ahead of you, including the person currently in an accepted or active call. The estimate uses the time remaining in the current call and the lengths of calls ahead.
Counts update about every five seconds while the page is open. Estimates can change when people leave, calls pause, or the creator approves more requests.
Pending requests expire after two minutes. Once accepted into the queue, you keep your place without the two-minute approval expiry. Your five-minute connection deadline begins when the call is made ready: immediately on acceptance when both people are free, or when the creator calls the next customer. Keep this page open to receive the in-app acceptance alert.
3. Connect within five minutes
Both participants must connect within five minutes of being called. Your booking and waiting room show the countdown. Accepted calls also send an email alert and a push alert to enabled devices. In Settings, choose Enable call-ready notifications and allow the browser prompt. On iPhone, first use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen, then open Deadasss from that icon. Push delivery depends on device settings and network access and is not guaranteed.
If the call does not start before the deadline, it expires and the creator can accept another request. Opening the room does not restart the deadline.
Allow camera and microphone access. On Safari, use “Tap to hear the call” if audio does not play.
4. Your call timer
Your booked call time starts when both people are connected, rather than while you wait. The call ends when the booked time is used.
Creators can accept multiple customers into their queue, including while in a call. Call next customer selects the earliest approved request by arrival order. After a call ends, the creator can call the next customer or take a break; a break does not start the next customer’s connection deadline. Only one call can be active at a time.
Connection lost?
The app tries to reconnect after a brief network interruption. The timer pauses when the server detects that someone is disconnected.
You have up to seven minutes to reconnect. If the call disconnects completely, open My bookings and use Rejoin while the booking is still active. After the reconnect window ends, the call closes and the unused time is recorded.
Recording unused time does not create a refund during unpaid testing.
Cancellations and no-shows
Customers can use Cancel request when it is available. After joining a room, use End call to leave. No cancellation fee is collected during testing.
Creators can decline a pending request without a fee or penalty. Cancelling an accepted call before it starts adds a warning incident. A no-show counts against the creator only if the customer tried to join and the creator never tried.
Three qualifying incidents within seven days pause new requests and acceptance for 24 hours. This does not prevent a creator from declining requests or finishing an existing accepted call.
Report a problem
Use Report a problem on your booking or during the call. Choose a reason and describe what happened. Reports go privately to the admin team; the other participant cannot read your report.
A report does not automatically suspend anyone. Admins review reports and can take account action. Never include passwords or payment details.
Creator availability
Use Accept new call requests in Creator to go available or offline. Going offline stops new requests while preserving the current call and approved waiting customers. Set stop time lets you schedule when to stop accepting requests.
The earnings dashboard shows your actual connected call history. Test calls are marked unpaid and cannot be withdrawn.
